What we do
We find any defects in newly constructed homes and create a list of snags. This list is then emailed to you and the builder the same day so they can rectify any issues with your property. This is normally done just before your move in date or withing the first 7 to 30 days of moving in, depending on the home builders. A paper copy of the snag list will also be provided. Booking an inspection with us
Once you call or email us we will set up a date to come and do the inspection this can be changed at any time with no extra cost to you. We will spend between 3 and 5 hours snagging the home checking all surfaces for any defects. Our professional snagging service includes a detailed report with photographic evidence, ensuring all snags are clearly documented. This snag list is sent to you and your builder, who can then look trough the list provided and rectify any snags in your new home.
